Progress Isn’t Always Pretty
I didn’t get around to posting last week, but I stayed consistent and made it to the gym 4 times really proud of that 💪 This week feels a bit harder though. I did go to the gym today, but my energy is definitely lower. Being a woman means having those more challenging days each month, and I can really feel it right now 😅 On top of that, I’m in the final stretch of my studies I’ll be graduating in about three months, and my master’s thesis is due at the end of April. So my head is very much in “study mode,” and honestly… it’s a bit overwhelming at times. I’m still showing up, still doing my workouts, still trying to stay consistent but I’m also learning to listen to my body and accept that not every week feels the same. Right now, it’s less about pushing harder and more about not giving up 🤍 Anyone else feeling a bit overwhelmed lately?

Gym in Trainingcamp
Today i went to the gym and had my first "real" session training back and triceps. Since i am still on crouches and we sre currently in spain with my football tea, days are very tight and we are walking a lot. my body feels very sore and noe i need some rest. keep grinding and pushing through!

Ending the week strong 💪
Today I went to the gym for the fourth time this week, and I’m really proud of that! To celebrate, I treated myself to a delicious lunch including a piece of cake. And honestly? I don’t feel bad at all, because I tracked everything and stayed aware of my calories. Balance feels so good. 🍰😄 I’m excited for next week and ready to keep building these habits. Can’t wait to hear about your goals and how your week went! 💛

Success Stories
A few months ago, I took on one of the biggest projects of my career. It wasn’t just another task — it was ambitious, complex, and carried high expectations. There were moving parts everywhere: tight timelines, multiple stakeholders, and moments where the outcome felt uncertain. At the start, the scale of the project was intimidating. I knew it would require discipline, resilience, and a clear strategy. So instead of focusing on how big it felt, I broke it down into manageable milestones. I created structure where there was chaos. I prioritized what truly mattered. I stayed consistent. There were challenges — unexpected obstacles, last-minute changes, and moments of pressure. But each challenge became proof that progress was happening. Every problem solved strengthened the foundation of the project. And now? It’s going well. Not just “okay” — genuinely well. The systems are working. The results are showing. The feedback is positive. The vision that once lived only on paper is now becoming reality. What once felt overwhelming now feels empowering. This project taught me something powerful: big goals don’t require perfection — they require persistence. Progress compounds. Momentum builds. And when preparation meets execution, success follows. This isn’t just a project going well. It’s proof that I can handle big things.
