Being in the SHIFT has change the way I see myself and live.
I am living more in the moment and not over thinking for what I think it is when ?why? how.?
Like everyone I have made plans for the future but things can change on the way .
Gemma has a way of teaching it is so different she makes you want to learn and get to know who you really are or what to become.
The weekly meditation session I enjoy as its so mind blowing on how it effects our body/mind.
Love the members chats/posts too.
