Bio: I’m 61 years old and live in Somerset. I was diagnosed with MS in 1987 so have lived with it for a while. My fitness needs addressing, so here I am!

Bio: Had string of symptoms of MS through late 20’s, 30’s. Gave birth to our Son at 39 yrs. Some more symptoms later then diagnosed at 52. Now 67.

Bio: Guitar teacher focusing on improving my health and fitness. Passionate about family, music, Martial Arts, science, maths & computing.

Bio: Now living in Bristol. Love singing , listening to music , eating out , painting, creating , playing piano, keeping active .

Bio: I love to read. I have an excellent cat and I adore horses and donkeys. Recently, I've tried to get a bit fitter and I'm loving exercising again.
