As we head into the colder months, we’re making a few updates to how our Group Classes and monthly Zoom meetings run — keeping things comfortable, organized, and fair for all our awesome members! NEW GROUP CLASS DETAILS: 🗓 Every Wednesday Evening ⏰ 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM 📍 Limited to 6 participants per class 🐕 1 class per month for each member 📋 Sign up for each date will be first-come, first-served How to Sign Up: 📊 A monthly sign-up poll will be posted here in Skool on the last Friday of each month. ✅ Each VIP member can register for one class for the upcoming month. 🧾 Once classes are full, we’ll review demand and may open an extra session if VIP members weren’t able to secure a spot. ⚠️ IMPORTANT POLICIES ⚠️ Because of limited space, we’ll be strictly enforcing the following: 1️⃣ 48-Hour Sign-Up Deadline Please register at least 48 hours in advance — we can’t accommodate last-minute sign-ups. 2️⃣ No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee If you’re signed up but don’t attend (or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice), a $25 no-show fee will apply. This ensures spots don’t go unused and everyone gets a fair opportunity. 💻 UPDATED VIP ZOOM MEETINGS Starting Nov, our VIP Community Zoom Meetings will now take place on the second Thursday of every month at 7:00-7:40 PM. These calls are a great chance to connect with our trainers, ask questions, and keep building momentum in your dog’s progress — so be sure to mark your calendars! 🗓 We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to elevate the Arsenal VIP experience for our clients.
