When you were born you couldn't talk and you couldn't walk in fact you couldn't do anything much beyond breathing and you may well have been slapped on the backside to get you to breathe! So, when an opportunity is presented to you and you say "I can't do that" just think about how much you have learned since you were born and ask yourself why you can't learn just one more skill. You may surprise yourself.
