Mots applesauce almost sent me to the er...
Do not get complacent with this stuff... Ok. If you know me, you know I throw myself into research so you don't have to. Well, that bit me in the ass today so naturally I have to come to the public square and share my ineptitude... Let's just say that I was bored at work and happened to have a bottle of Mots applesauce and some special water to make it useful. In the past, I have taken my sauce in a 6,6,8 serving mwf. Naturally, I assumed that 5mg would be ok. Nope... Pinned and went for my afternoon walk. Started itching everywhere instantly. My skin started getting tighter and my throat started to swell shut. Apparently I was having g an allergic reaction to my applesauce. Anaphilaxys set in, and I got in my car and flipped a coin... er or CVS? CVS won because I'm just a stubborn old man who thinks he can fix himself no matter what. At CVS, I could barely speak and asked the pharmacist for the strongest otc antihistamine they had... the whole time scratching like a tweaker. She could see the pain on my face. I spent the next 45 minutes sitting in my car wondering why I was such a dumb ass. This had never happened with my applesauce before, but I also titrated from half the serving before going full retard. I was a victim of my own hubris. Even if your last run of any product was at a certain level, always remember to start low and slow if it has been a while since your last serving. Let me be the example for what not to do. Am I going to stay away from the apple sauce??? Fuck no! I live that shit, but half the serving is where I'm landing next time. I do have a good deal of energy, but my throat is killing me. 😆 🤣

I Stole the Ad
Ok peptide party people, I would like to play a game this morning in light of all the scare tactics that played out over the last month. I stole this ad that was found, but in light of Christmas and our impending 1/1/2026 peptide doom; please read the ad and tell my what you think, see, and read. Don't forget all of the C&D messages going out to all of the admins in each group!! Now I'm not a super smart man, in fact can be down right dumb at times, but this REALLY peaked my interest!!

So why are so many of the peptide sheep talking this RS and restricted language crap? Skool is just trying to grow and sell advertising.
Blood Work Final Follow-Up
Good morning, and happy Sunday my peptide people!! What a great day to be grateful!! This is my experience to this point. I ordered last Wednesday, December 3rd at 1004 hrs. It went from San Francisco, CA to Saginaw, MI by Friday, December 5th at 1610 hrs. It was delivered at 1115 hrs Monday, December 8th (order before Wednesday and you should get it the same week). I did my blood draw Tuesday, December 9th at 0630 hrs (fasted). I made my very first content video so be kind, I should have asked my 10 year old granddaughter to help me 🤣👌but I would have heard non-stop, 6 7 grandpa 6 7 🤬. But in the end it was super simple and they have easy to follow videos. I dropped the sample off at FedEx in Saginaw, MI at 1230 hrs Tuesday, December 9th. It arrived at the lab in Omaha, NE at 1004 hrs this morning, December 10th. HOLY SHIT!!! I received my results yesterday, December 13th. 10 days total from order to results including all of the miles of shipping. Cheap and easy. This is what we found: 16% optimal 42% average 42% out of range (all barely so no worries, easy tweaks) The cool thing, for each one, they have suggestions to tweak (nutrition, exercise, stress management (get the fuck out of here, LOL), and supplements. Almost all of mine can be fixed by more salmon, turkey, eggs, and stress management (get the fuck out of here, LOL) Estrogen shows high, ordered some stuff through doc (Arimidex) to lower. Total Test is optimal at 891 (happy about that)! Free Test shows high (didn’t realize that was possible, free Test is what is available for your body as long as SHBG is good) SHBG is average, slightly below optimal, again fix is salmon, turkey, eggs, and stress management (get the fuck out of here, LOL) Ferritin is very low (iron), if you don’t know about iron, it doesn’t get fixed by taking iron, you need it available to your body, beef and chicken liver is the most bioavailable in the world. No worries, you can buy it in pill or powder form if you are not into eating liver.
