What's up fellow investor 😃 Im from Southern California and I have been living off my investments for about 3 years. I started out with the OG investments like VOO, VGT, QQQ, and SCHD. But now I have learned more and I like companies that pay every month or quarterly.🚀🚀 I used to paint cars until I went full landlording. I sold my rentals and invested the profits into these types of income streams. I think of these investments as a business that should make me money without having to work as hard as I had to when I was painting cars and renovating condos.🫡🫡 Im 45 years old now and I have been traveling mostly around Thailand for the past few years. I want to retire there when I turn 50. My goal is to let my portfolio grow until then and I have enough income, without selling any shares, to live on only half of my income and always reinvest the other half.💸💰 Some examples of what I like are things like NEOS, KURV, BDC funds, preferred shares, crypto, and plane old diversification over many sectors. 😎😎 Hopefully we can all learn something from eachother.
