Because your subconscious is completely available when you wake up in the morning, say this mantra which you will change your entire day. Say it three times out loud before getting out of bed. I meditated with Dr Joe during that time yesterday…and I needed it. I was dealing with insurance companies yesterday and was a little stressed. After the meditation I was energized…it was a reset for me. But that reset was so strong…it followed me into Wednesday!! A big thank u to all who participated…it definitely lifted me up😁

One more thing….my low back and neck were bothering me quite a bit yesterday. While I was meditating…I could feel a tingling numbness run up and down my spine….i felt the relief and even today…it’s much better😁
