I never ever had grape bread before...I guess I'm gonna find out soon! 😉
What if your urges aren’t the problem?
We’re often taught to “handle” our urges… To wait them out. Control them. Push through. And honestly… I understand why. But what I’ve come to see is this… It’s not just about getting through the urge. It’s about understanding what’s underneath it. Because most urges aren’t about food… They’re about: restlessness loneliness overwhelm disconnection So I’ve been trying something simple. When I feel an urge… I pause. And ask: 👉 What am I actually feeling right now? 👉 Where do I feel it in my body? And every time I do that… I drop a bead into a jar. Not because I resisted… But because I noticed. Over time, something starts to shift. You don’t just get better at handling urges… You become someone who understands yourself. If you try this, I’d love to hear what you notice 💛

@Constance MannLeonard Haha... I love where your mind is with that... I have heard that a few times. 😉 You make it like a reward system...like coins instead of glass beads... Now I am curious, what would your "splurge" be?
Who Are You?
Whether you’ve introduced yourself before or you’ve been quietly hanging out in the background… this is your moment. 👉 What to Do Introduce yourself in the comments and share: - Who you are - What you do for a living — not a full pitch, just context - What you personally love, value, or geek out on - What lights you up about being here Important: ❌ No links in this post, please. ✔️ We want to get to know you — the human behind the work. 👉 Then Take a Minute to Connect After you introduce yourself: - Scroll through the comments - See who’s here - Reply directly to at least one person - Share encouragement, resonance, or something you noticed in their intro This community is exploding with new members over the next month — this is your chance to be visible, build relationships, and get rooted in the room. Let’s meet you. Re-introduce yourself or share for the first time. We’re excited to know who’s here. 💛
