Hey guys, I’m on my way out for a big Halloween party yeah! My organized side needs me to have heathy food ready for when I get home and tomorrow. Remember I’m GF and right now low to no sugar. I thought this was going to be bland but I love it and it will keep as it’s not leafy and I only add oil and vinegar when it’s ready. Recipe 🥗 Quinoa, celery, bell pepper, kale, pumpkin seeds, radish, green onion, cucumber . Everything is raw except the Quinoa which I make in a mini rice cooker.
