The importance of meal prep
As some of you know I made the misses and I Paella last weekend and we both really enjoyed it. Loved it that much that I changed my meal prep for the week. Instead of chicken thigh, basmati rice, carrots and peri sauce, I changed it to Paella. People state that they "Can't eat the same meal two days in a row." I think they haven't found a meal that they loved it that much that they're happy to have it for the next couple of days. This paella is my lunches for the week (Monday to Friday). You need to find out a meal you don't mind eating daily, prep that bad boy up, and stick to it throughout the week. I can tell you now, if you have prepped it up in advance you won't waste it, you will eat it. What is your go to meal prep?

Looks good!
You're not failing at fat loss. You're failing at weekends.
Monday to Friday you're a different person. 😤 Calories on point. Steps hitting. Water flowing. Feeling like this time is actually different. Then Friday night arrives. And just like that — gone. 😔 No tracking. No thinking. Just living. And by Sunday night you've undone every single thing you built during the week without even realising it. Here's the brutal maths 👇 500 calorie deficit across the week ✅ One untracked weekend = 3,000+ calories over maintenance ❌ You're not in a deficit. You're in a surplus. That's why the scales aren't moving. That's why the belly is staying. That's why nothing ever seems to change no matter how hard you try in the week. 😤 Here's how you fix it without ruining your weekend... 🏦 Bank calories during the week — drop 150-200 calories Monday to Thursday and you've got a buffer before Friday even starts 👟 Bank your steps — hit extra steps early in the week so a lazy Saturday doesn't kill your weekly total 🍽️ Eat before you go out — arrive full and you'll drink less, eat less and make better choices without even trying 📱 Track loosely — don't go completely blind — you don't need to be perfect. You just need to be aware The weekend isn't ruining your progress. 😔 Not having a plan for it is. 🔥 Which one do you struggle with most at the weekend? Drop it below 👇👊

Check menus ahead of time when eating out and already have a plan for what you'll eat and adjust the day/week's calories around it! Also, having water or diet coke with a meal instead of alcohol.
