Important Update: A difficult decision
I’m writing this with mixed emotions today. As many of you know, we’ve been running this AI Club for over two years now. We’ve explored a lot of tools, shared a lot of strategies, and navigated the AI explosion together. I am incredibly proud of what we built here. However, as we head into 2026, I have to be honest with you about where my business is going. I am shifting my entire practice to focus on being a "Marketing Diagnostician." My goal for this year is to work exclusively on identifying and fixing the deep revenue leaks in mid-sized businesses. Because this new direction requires a surgical level of focus, I realized I can no longer give this Club the attention and energy it deserves. It wouldn’t be fair to you for me to show up with anything less than 100%. So, I have made the hard decision to permanently close the AI Club. Here is the plan for wrapping things up gracefully: 1. The 30-Day Access Window I am going to keep this Skool community open until February 7th. Please take this time to log in, watch any recordings you missed, and grab the resources you want to keep. After that date, we will archive the group. 2. The Ad Clinic For those aware of the Ad Clinic calls—we are pressing pause on those immediately as I retool that concept for my private practice. 3. Your Invitation to the Summit Even though the Club is ending, I still want to support your growth. I’m hosting the "No BS AI Summit" soon, and I’d love for you to be there as my guest. It’s going to be a deep dive into the diagnostic strategies I’m using in 2026. Watch for the link coming out on Friday. Thank you for the last two years. NEW Graphic Tools
I've always said don't buy an annual subscription to an AI tool because another AI tool that does the same thing but better could come along. For graphics, this has come true. There's three new AI tools for graphics. They're AWESOME!!! The first one - Loveart.ai (free currently) Second one is Nano Banana (powered by Google Gemini Third one is Bylo.ai (this one let's you change your clothes in your image...hmmmm...the possibilities) I used Lovart.ai last night (yes, my days are weird....rest in the morning, work at night) to make a graphics for my Substack channel. It was done in 19 seconds. Here's the steps I took: 1. Wrote article on ChatGPT using my GPT Substack Article Writer. 2. Asked my GPT to include a prompt to create the graphic using Lovart.ai 3. Copied and pasted the prompt into Loveart.ai 4. Downloaded the graphic. BAM! Done! Comment below what are you using for making graphics?

Woo Hoo! I've gone deep on setting up a protocol for research and development of client avatars. This step by step system works for any industry. It could be the game changer for your marketing because, as we all know, you gotta have your avatar (aka audience) defined. Here's the dealio - I could use some help...
