I took notes and added to the notes. 1. Celebrate the small wins. 2. Keep going and don't look back. 3. Commit a few hours a day and put all of your energy on that one thing until you complete it. 4. Have a plan and dedicate 6 months on working on your goals. 5. Cut off all noise ( any distractions) social media, family (Everyone in your household must be on the same page), friends. Whatever that's keeping you from completing your goals. Just until you complete your goals. 6. Put all of your energy on that one task. Until it's done then go to the next task. 7. I train like I already won ( I felt that). 8. Always invest in yourself. 9. Break down your tasks into small sections and complete each one. 10. Focus on one thing. 11. Immerse yourself around successful people and things. 12. Stop giving your energy to people that don't deserve it (That's a Fact!). Thank you for sharing!

I went back to school to add more skills/services to my business. I would pick the second one. Blue is the second highest frequency of energy (620-670 THz). This explains why colleges use blue, purple in their school logos.
