Welcome Runners!
Welcome to The Rebuilt Runner. If you're here, you've probably been through the cycle more than once. Treated. Cleared. Back running. Back in pain. And somewhere along the way you started wondering if your body was just going to keep doing this forever. I want to start by saying something clearly. That cycle isn't because you're broken. It's not because you didn't work hard enough. And it's not because running isn't for you. It's because nobody has looked at the full picture yet. That's what this community is built around. Not just getting you out of pain. Getting you back to running the way you always intended to. Understanding your body as a whole, not just the part that keeps flaring up. And building the kind of foundation that lets you train, race, and chase your PR without wondering every mile if today is the day it comes back. Here's where to start. Head to the Classroom tab and watch the free course, Why Your Injury Keeps Coming Back. Five short videos. Watch them in order. By the end you'll understand more about what's actually been driving your injury than most runners learn in years of PT appointments. Then come back here and drop an introduction in the feed. Tell us your name, what you run, and what's been keeping you from running the way you want to. We're glad you're here. This community exists because runners like you deserve better answers. Thanks for the warm welcome, Andrew! I really appreciate the focus on understanding the bigger picture rather than simply treating the same injury over and over. It’s encouraging to know that there can be a better approach to getting back to running. For runners who are just getting started, what’s the first thing you recommend they focus on when trying to identify what may be contributing to a recurring injury?

@Andrew Rioveros That sounds interesting, Andrew. I like that you already have a specific system behind the movement screening, loading, and run progression rather than just putting out general running advice. Since you’re focused on building The Rebuilt Runner community right now, I’d be interested to hear more about how you’re planning to structure the upcoming courses and guide members from the free content into the deeper part of the community. Are you mainly thinking of using the courses as an educational resource, or do you have a specific member journey in mind for them?
