Palatal expansion timing
Hi Santiago, I have a question about palatal expansion. When did you start noticing measurable changes? Was it more at the beginning of your process or later on? And was the progression roughly linear over time, or did it happen in phases? because I have been wearing a Myobrace K2 medium for about 2 months and a Myobrace A2 large for 3 weeks, along with 30 minutes of thumbpulling a day and torque testing, but for now I have not seen any measurable results. I know that this process its not easy either fast, but i just want to have a rough idea, because im worried for my third molars, currently they aren't erupting but i want to make sure they won't get removed, especially in my mandible since It needs more lenght. Thanks

Tooth mobility
Three days ago I started using an authentic Myobrace A2 large from AliExpress, it is very intense, before I used a Myobrace K2 medium and it is very easy on my mouth. At night I haven't used the A2 yet but during the day it is already very intense. Even though I have a narrow palate, I have only one tooth that is out of alignment, a central incisor in the lower arch, I noticed that it has more mobility than the other teeth and also the other neighboring incisors, now no I don't know if the mobility was like this before but this tooth is in constant movement, when I remove the A2 after a while the incisor goes back to how it was before about 2-5 hours. However, I noticed that it aligns the teeth well, but I'm afraid that this constant movement could increase the mobility, I don't know, maybe it's part of the process and that tooth is in a point that is already out of alignment and therefore more mobile... I don't know, however I noticed that this crooked incisor is also a little more extruded than its neighbors. I don't have any kind of recession. I would be grateful for any advice or considerations.

From what I understand, Myobrace uses a different sizing system than Reviv, meaning it takes into account the arch formed by the 4 incisors in the upper arch of the palate, which is determined by the size of the teeth and not the palate, so its length determines the size. Reviv, on the other hand, determines the size with the distance between the molars between the external cusps. Reviv 2 Large has a total width of 74 mm, the Myobrace A2 Large that I bought has a total width of 67-68 mm but the material is very hard since it is polyurethane while Reviv is silicone. The first few days that I am using it, it is very difficult and for now I can't keep it on at night even though I took the correct measurement taken from the arch of the incisors. So it depends on the Myobrace model, if I had bought the A1 it would have been easier.
Gum irritation
Recently, after using a flat mouthguard for about a month or two, I noticed some gum irritation or slight recession. I'm not sure if it's also extrusion. I've only noticed it on my upper gums, and the irritation is in the areas where my palate is narrowest. Does anyone have any advice? Its Just part of the process or i need to take some breaks? For now It does not hurt
Mouthguard size
I've recently been wearing a flat mouthguard, I'm unsure about the size, my intermolar distance between my first molars is 33mm, if the internal distance of the mouthguard(First molars level) is equal to or less than 33mm, will I get results or It will restrict my palate?
