I have many relatives in my family circle. The youngest is a 2 yr old grand daughter. Although I have become healthier and stronger, I want to continue to be my best self. I want I be able to help my family and see my youngest grow up as long as I can.

Hello. My name is Lori Himmel and live in Mooresville, In. I’m a spouse, a mother of three boys, a sister, an aunt, a friend and a grandmother. I started my health and wellness journey after 32 years of working in a paramilitary profession in Indianapolis. I have since retired. I was looking for a quick fix to lower my body weight without much thought of how to change my habits. I started exercising at Fit Body Plainfield Boot camp in January, 2024. I needed to have an exercise program to feel better about myself. The more sessions I attended, the more I wanted to keep going. I have learned so much about my self, my health and overall wellness. I just finished my 388th workout today. I want to continue my overall journey. I have lost over 20 pounds, lowered my body fat and gained more muscle. I feel fantastic. I enjoy each training session. If I have to pick a favorite exercise, I would pick ones that work the arms and back. I really enjoy them all, even Burpees! I have so much more to learn about my eating habits and my own strength, mental and physical. I can’t wait to use what I learn to make a better me.
