Mental Health Matters
I am looking forward to educating people that have no idea about mental health. Please feel free to ask me any questions. I myself have been diagnosed with Bipolar 1. I have read many books and learned all I could about it. It’s surprising how any people in our society do not know anything about it. Ok so I have PTSD I’m bipolar and manic depression and anxiety what happened you ask? At age 6 my brother raped me and at 10 my cousins and brother did it again it was Christmas Day then in school my brother Matt decided to cause problems for me and kept making me fight other kids soon I started doing drugs to cope with everything and drinking I was 18 my boyfriend at the time left town for work and his best friend decided he was going to rap me well after this I had problems leaving my home but this is only half of my story
