Collective Energies
Hi All, We are, I imagine, all aware of what is going on around the world. And even if not aware I imagine members of Disentangled will be feeling something is going on that feels 'off' as I am aware you are sensitive and psychic beings here doing your bit to improve the life for yourself and for others. I have been speaking to colleagues, friends, clients, many of whom are feeling the pressure, or reaching out because something doesn't feel quite right in themselves that they cannot put their finger on. Some feeling under attack, (some literally under attack), others feeling that life is somehow not as smooth as they are used to and struggling to maintain equilibrium. As a guide and mentor I feel it important to be able to stay as centred as possible both for my personal well being and that of the people I work with. But I also feel in order to stay in integrity I need to be authentic with how I am feeling as a human, not in the energetic workspace where I am doing my work, but in personal space. I am lucky enough to be able to have some sort of finger on the pulse of collective energies and be able to gauge whether personal experience is also collective experience. I take time to contemplate, breathe, regulate my day if needs be, ask my 'anxious human' what she requires for her equilibrium and nourishment, perhaps listen to something uplifting in order to shift gears. Many of you have communities where you are guiding people through these times with your wisdom and knowledge. So I am wondering, if you are feeling the collective surges or angst .... How do you navigate, or separate, the collective energies from what is personal? Do you have advice for community that can help navigate these times?

This last week I have been thinking back to when I was younger, we used to get a lot of bomb scares where I live (from IRA threats). I was stranded in the city centre many times and even had to evacuate a swimming pool once, it was just normalised... And I remember people protesting over poll tax and coal mines and of course there were wars and lots of unrest in general, during those times we only had access to this information from the newspapers, which everyone bought daily and the four TV channels we had. I didn't seem to let these things bother or upset me as much. I've been reflecting, is the world worse or are we 'plugged in' to every single thing that happens now. Is it ramping up or are we all now being asked to look at what has always been there, because it's time for us to do something about it. Also the hidden is now becoming visible. There is like a collective trauma of what we are seeing. I've also noticed a lot of 'spiritual' pages online using clickbait headlines to get people to watch their videos, I used to get really sucked into this and worry about the 3 days of darkness, flashes of light, or earthquakes. Not saying any of those things wont happen but it feels like fear mongering. These are the things that I've been pondering, I don't know the answers. But what I have been doing is trying as best I can to allow myself 'worry time', which is a technique where you 'park' your stresses and worries and put them to a time in the day where you allow yourself to think about these thing for a limited period. I've tried to put as much positive energy outside that into the things I can actually do something positive about, my life my boys, friends, family and clients. That's my rambling thoughts this week! 🤣

Pray Rain
Short recording about, how it works, what it creates within you and your life with Praying Rain meditation. This recording is part of a course I did on Creating Miracles in your life. Praying Rain is an ancient technique used by the indigenous people of America and Canada. Praying rain is being what you want to experience. The meditation brings you to a place within yourself where you feel the experience to such an extent that you create the experience in your world. Enjoy! Let me know if you do it let me know how it goes for you šŸ’™

@Sandra St.Yves I actually think its really informative, I tried to look at it as if I was new and didn't know what the group was about and I like the background information you have given, because it lets me know you have lots of different life experiences and your spiritual nature. As this is new community it really is about you, and the kind of like minded folks who will want to hang with you and others that are on a similar path. As the group evolves you might change it but for me it was good x
