And I know there are probably more of you sitting in this quietly…not quite ready to come forward yet… and that’s okay. But it was enough for me to pause and ask…what’s really going on here? That space where you’re waiting…and you don’t know if you’re holding on or letting go it’s heavy. So I’ve created something for you.
