Good. Here are some things you need to do to find deals for yourself 👇🏼 1) Understand that marketing is everything. Marketing is the bloodflow of the business. The marketing machine just stay on at all times. More leads, more offers turns into more deals. 2) You have to understand it can take time, but it’s worth it. Too many people make calls for a week and then give up right away. You have to let the process work but trust me … it is worth it. 3) You have to decide whether you want to give up time or money. If you don’t want to cold call, do misc tasks, be stuck in the business all day etc … you have to hire out. If you don’t have the money to hire out, you have to understand that you have to do the dirty work in the beginning. But, you have to make that choice … be realistic with yourself 4. Focus on QUALITY over QUANTITY. Once you make the decision to market direct to seller, try to deal with the most motivated and distressed people. That means stop buying bullshit lists, bullshit skiptracing, and using bullshit companies. Pay for quality, it’ll make you more in the long run. (If you need good Skiptracing, DM me) 5. Choose a marketing strategy or two within your budget, and commit to doing it over and over and over and over. Don’t negotiate with yourself. Just do it consistently because that’s what it will take to gain traction. If you can take care of these steps, you will begin to find your OWN (really good) deals … … and you’ll wonder why you didn’t do it sooner.
