Seeing a lot of you recently asking the same thing. "how do I actually land my first creator." so let me save you some pain. the reason your DMs are getting left on read isn't your niche, your follower count, or whatever you've convinced yourself it is. it's that you're pitching in the first message! you send the whole thing about how you help creators monetise their audience and build funnels and set up backends, and they clock it in half a second as another person trying to sell them something. dead on arrival. they get 40 of those a week. the first message has ONE job. start a conversation. that's it. no pitch. no calendly link. no "I help creators do X." what actually works is you reference one specific real thing about their business, something that proves you actually looked, and you end with a genuine question. keep it under 3 lines. quick example. say someone's got great engagement but nothing to buy. don't say "I can help you monetise your audience." instead say something like: "random q but you've got people in your comments basically asking where they can buy from you and there's nowhere to send them. is that on purpose or just not built yet?" feel the difference? one is a pitch. the other one they actually want to reply to. and now you're in a conversation instead of the graveyard. the pitch comes way later. after a call. once you actually understand their business. not before. that's the single biggest fix for most of you and it costs you nothing to change it today. if you want the full thing, it's in the classroom, module 2.2 (Creator Acquisition). I walk through all 5 phases, from picking the right creator to actually structuring the deal so you get paid properly. go watch it if you're serious. but if you take one thing from this post: stop pitching in the first DM. go start a conversation instead.
