Going to start working out constantly again. What are the best workouts recommendations you guys have for wrestling work out

I find that for any combat sport especially wrestling that just doing the sport gives the best cardio. So try to wrestle as much as possible to build that real cardio and biking in your free time is great for cardio and leg strength
