Quick Physical Energizers & Fun Mini-Challenges - Jumping jacks, burpees, or push-ups: Short bursts of movement to keep blood flowing. - Dynamic stretches: Arm swings, hip circles, or leg kicks to reset the body. - Balance challenges: Stand on one leg, close eyes, or add light movements for focus and fun. - “Sensei says” (like Simon Says) with martial arts moves. - Speed challenges: Who can perform a technique cleanly and fastest. - Small team competitions: Relay kicks, stance races, or light sparring mini-rounds.
