Hey guys, what’s up? My name’s Logan Hinton. I played professionally across 3 countries for just over 5 years. I’m now a trainer and coach. I’d love to help with workouts / drills, routines, discipline and answer any questions you may have. I pride myself on helping others develop and reach their goals. Glad to be apart of this community and look forward to growing together! Let’s talk hoops.
@Cooper Mullins variation, always do your form shots, do shots at game speed, do shots when you’re tired, practice going both left and right. those would be my first pieces of advice, I have some more shooting drills in my arsenal as well.
Make the game easier: offensive boards for easy put backs, transition buckets, get to the free throw line, once you knock down your first outside shot, the lanes will open making it easier to drive.
What's up everyone. My name is Danny Cooper, player development coach based in Philadelphia. Looking to connect with other players, coaches, and trainers in the space to learn and grow!
When i shoot set shot by myself i average around 80%. But when I shoot with a partner stand still catch n shoot i shoot way worse like 50%. Do you have tips on why
could be many reasons; how your feet are set, have your hands ready for the ball, the way you’re catching / holding the ball. without a video, its hard to tell, but those would be my suggestions.
