Im right there with you fam. I post a lot on social media, even though I schedule everything ahead of time for the day. I catch myself always going to look at analytics & checking my progress Working on not scrolling as much is a big battle of mine as well. Even though I meditate daily, I still get wrapped up in social media - finding a positive outlet to replace that habit with is what I’m working on figuring out so just know you are not alone with that ! I did vape at one point, for that, you just have to choose health >>> bc none of us know what type of chemicals are in those vapes. They smell great & seem “cleaner” but in reality they’re probably just as bad as cigarettes & I had to cut all of that out as well when I quit smoking. Do you go to the gym at all? It can be a great outlet to get you in the right mindset to want to put the unhealthy habits in the past 💪
