💡 The Biggest Mistake I Made When I Started Building Websites
When I first started building websites, I thought my job was to make them look impressive. So I focused on animations, fancy layouts, and making everything look "perfect." Then I realized something... A beautiful website means very little if visitors don't know what you do, who you help, or what they should do next. That changed the way I design. Now, before I think about colors or animations, I ask: - Is the message clear? - Can a visitor understand the business in a few seconds? - Is the next step obvious? A website isn't just there to be admired, it's there to help a business grow. That lesson completely changed how I approach every project. 💬 What's one lesson you've learned in your business that completely changed the way you work?

One Thing I Wish More Business Owners Understood About Their Online Presence
Your online presence is not just about being visible... It’s about being trusted. Many business owners focus on getting more followers, more traffic, and more attention, but forget to ask: "When someone finds me online, do they feel confident enough to take the next step?" Your website, social media, and online reputation should work together to answer three simple questions: 1. Who are you? 2. How can you help me? 3. Why should I choose you? People make decisions quickly. If your online presence doesn't build trust, they will move on to someone else. 💬 What is one thing you think businesses often overlook when building their online presence?

@Nicole Crocker I completely agree. It's easy to create something based on our own preferences, but the real goal is to connect with the people we're trying to serve. When a website or content is built with the customer in mind, everything becomes much clearer and more effective. Thanks for adding this perspective!
The 5-Minute Reset
Whenever I feel overwhelmed, I do one thing (two things actually): - Write down everything on my mind. - Circle the one task that matters most. It takes 5 minutes, but it clears my head and gets me moving again. 👉 What’s your fastest way to reset when life feels heavy?

@Nicole Crocker That made me laugh because it sounds way too familiar! It's so easy to get caught up in work and forget something as basic as eating. I like that you journal at the end of the day. For me, taking a few minutes in the middle of the day helps me clear my head before I get too overwhelmed. Thanks for sharing, i enjoyed reading this.

@Joe Quero 😂 Sometimes we get so deep into our work that we forget the simple things like taking a break or grabbing a meal. Having someone around who can remind you to pause is a huge help.
I reviewed 10 business websites today.
Nine of them had the exact same mistake. It wasn't a bad design. It wasn't slow loading. It wasn't even poor SEO. This one mistake quietly costs businesses leads every single day. Can you guess what it is? 👇

@Joe Quero The mistake I was thinking about was more on the website side — many businesses make it difficult for visitors to understand what they do and what action to take next. A great website should guide people clearly from interest to inquiry. But I agree, even the best website can lose opportunities if the follow-up process isn’t there. Both have to work together
Biggest hurdle?
What is the biggest struggle you are having right now with your business?

@Joe Quero Finding the right person who truly understands your vision and can represent your business well takes time. I think the hardest part is not just finding someone with the skills, but finding someone who fits the culture and values you’ve built. Hope you find the right coach soon
