I am a Canadian who moved to Australia almost 3 years ago. I am planning on bringing my partner for the first time to my home town! I am in tears with feelings I cannot explain. Why am I sharing? Because living so far and not being able to travel as much makes me homesick at times and this is a huge moment for both of us. It’s part of the reality. August is our planned trip.
