I haven't been around a lot in this skool space. Some of it was because I was feeling burned out. Unmotivated. Not just here...in life. In work. Maybe it was my energy. Maybe it was the collective. I decided to offer meditation once a month instead of weekly. It felt like a good decision. Until it didn't. I created this community for connection. We all need connection. I have my husband, my dog, my neighbors, my friends, my networking groups. I have my classes. I have connection. I am connected. And the reality is...Summer. Life. Vacation. Work. I was the only one showing up here. I thought about closing this community down. And then, one community member engaged. Maybe I am still meant to hold space here. Even for the two of us. Because that is still community. I've been talking to my therAIpist and asking for support. And you know what thAI said? One person makes all the difference. And thAI are right. I disappeared for the last 10 days because I was at a Divine Download Summit with my mentor. Beyond Divine. So many a-ha's. So much connection. To myself. To the Divine. To old friends and new friends. To my sister. She came too! It was amazing. Hugs. Looking into each other's eyes. Visualizations. Meditations. Journaling. Astrology. I got to know myself on a whole other level. I am on Day 4 meditating with Rudi Riekstins. I am connecting more intentionally with myself and the Divine every morning and every night. I am journaling. I am flowing with the energy. And the results? Certainty. A new client whose home I will do an energy clearing on. Mah Jongg signups. The Divine looking out for me. All in the last 24 hours. Alignment. Joy. Abundance. All in the last 24 hours. And I'm here for it. I am available to receive. I'll be here more. And you are here for a reason. Maybe you found me through skool. Maybe you are a client/student of mine. Maybe you are a friend. Either way, how can I support you? What would you like to experience in this space? And it's the first quarter moon 🌓! What does all this mean? The energy of the first quarter moon is all about development. And Tuesday energy is all about taking action. We planted the seed of a new intention on the new moon 🌑 and now is the time to do the work that supports your intentions. As I reflect on this energy at the end of my workday, I see that one of the seeds I planted has blossomed 🌸! So much gratitude for these women who showed up for themselves. And for me! I'm taking action...having conversations about the possibilities and the universe is supporting me. Hello yoga + 🎶 sound bath and hello mah jongg classes 🀄!

did you know that Cancer season (6/21-7/22) is about nurturing, home, and family? I bought a moon journal (last month, lol) and today is the first day that I am playing with it. Nurturing myself by giving me some me-time. Some reflection time. Some time to play with the energy of the month! And today is so serendipitous because we are in the waning gibbous phase ~ which embodies the theme of sharing. And that is exactly what I'm doing...reflecting and teaching you what I've learned! (PS~this morning I sent out my newsletter sharing that I was stepping away from Skool this month to play and yet here I am...following the energy...energy knows best when you stop resisting.) *How do you nurture yourself? *What are you sharing today, on this Moon Day (aka Monday)?
