Bio: Hello, I am a 58 year old grandmother of two young boys who are full of energy and I want to regain my energy in order to keep up with them 😄

Bio: I’m 56 Self employed in the pet industry, mum to 4 grandma to 4, love books and theatre and of course food! My favourite food is steak and cheese 🧀

Bio: If at first you don’t succeed keep trying!! Never felt comfortable in my own body. Fat or thin! Now it’s about my health and living a full life 💪
