Hi, I'm Liz. I live in Wiltshire. I joined the 30 Day Home Strength Challenge because I'm curious and want to learn. Right now, the biggest thingI want to work on is the strength needed to do press ups and pull ups.One thing I’m nervous about is the tech / app side. Excited about bringing in a bit more movement at home.
