Half-Timbering (Fachwerk) Restoration
I wanted to share this great video! It documents the restoration of an old German "fachwerk" house. This is a building style I'll be doing myself on my upcoming barn and kitchen projects. If you watch this video, you'll see the many traditional uses of timber, clay, straw, and lime!

Hi Alex, is the video course you mention at the end the same one we have access to in the other academy space? I haven't downloaded that yet, is it necessary to download each and every link or do I just download that one pdf file and am able to access the videos from the list of links there? Also thank you for your focus on quality and attention to detail, this is primarily what gives me confidence to build my own home with this guidance you offer.
