Juan sir, it's a commercial & community cafe. Which brings so many different backgrounds people under 1 roof. Its sometime biiig struggling to ask them to do some things to be done ,which kinda very hardwork and every word and action being judged sometime but once they know you they are completely in sync to make the cafe more enjoyable work space and my manager is wonderful lady, even having some hiccups while starting out but the amount of patience and help shr provide I think I improved a lot also learning a whole new side of business paperwork etc. But still have no idea about figures and money etc

I m thinking I'm future to have my own business, I have a visual abt wht I wants to do but need to be clear, learn this visual / dream in practical plan

If i have to choose i will go with minimal writing to it looks more eye cather 😌
