After (finally) hitting champ and getting out of 1-2 years hardstuck dia 3, at my first games I managed to win because I had a c2 friend. but I realized that my gameplay was slower than my c1 opponents. Anyone may give me tips to improve my overall gameplay speed please?

Just wondering... I'm getting alot of them in my games and was asking

Everytime I flick the ball seems to go either too high, or too low, how to fix?

I just wanna know if it's a good idea or not

I went in some ranked comp 2s, and I missed the ball often, but not because of bad aim and other, because I seemed to realize I somehow jump way too low on keyboard, wich makes me miss, or when I try to frontflip, I accidentally double jump... And settings or so that can help? Or something else?
