My ads stopped spending after 12 Noon EST yesterday, didn't start spending until today 3AM and stopped again at 11 AM... No dayparting setup, I've not reached any spend caps, etc. FB just being good old FB, with their doo doo customer support reps too... Hoping to hop on agency accounts and rip it up

Hi guys, I want to share stats for the first lead for smartfinancial auto insurance. Cost $100 on native, and I've been waiting Jani's sets of videos for tiktok, as soon as I receive, then I'll run on tiktok. Just got 17 starts, meaning that I have 17 hits to "thank you" page, but only one submit(meaning they click one of the offers and submitted the form). It's OK now for me as I both use pixel and s2s tracking via voluum, with s2s postback the conversion is just 1, which is more accurate. It seems the submits vs starts ratio is too low for me, is there anything to improve? I thought to build a prelander to say something that why choose smartfinancial, etc, I didn't do in the end and used the direct link.
