Talk me down
So I've been quietly listening in this community while being committed to consider Substack "later". My goal has been to keep things SIMPLE. But the more I learn about Substack, the more u want to jump. Somebody talk me down! Is it possible to keep my sanity with YouTube, Skool and Substack?

@Hope Stephens you can repurpose your content . And you can link viewers to your Skool group. It’s a good idea . It’s not too much extra effort.

I’m at work … a guest teacher for middle schoolers choreographing a hip hop song. 🎶 How’d it go? The Lives are an interesting feature.

@Jill Hart yay glad it went well! It was actually pretty entertaining. Middle schoolers can be so cute!
Repost from Skoolers Community...
This is so VERY important I'm just copying and pasting this... Sam Ovens taught this framework. It fixes the #1 mistake most Skool builders make. Most people start with their passion, then try to find members. And it's the wrong order. Here's the right way: 1. Market — Pick who you want to serve first. Not what you want to teach. Who. 2. Problem — Find what they're already struggling with. Don't invent problems. 3. Solution — Build a community that helps them faster or better. 4. Passion — Check if you actually enjoy serving this group long-term. Most people do: Passion → Solution → Market → Problem. That's why they can't grow. The right order is: Market → Problem → Solution → Passion. When you pick your market first, everything becomes clearer. You're not guessing what to build. You're solving what they need. Direction matters more than speed. You can build all day with the wrong niche and get nowhere. Are you following this order?

Chatgpt reminded me of something last night while I was searching for relief... As you all know by now, I'm at my dad's helping him navigate chemo for a small tumor in/on the tube that runs from the kidney to the bladder. He is doing really well, feeling minimal discomfort. (thank you all for your prayers - they are working) Because I've had to leave my dogs, cats & plants at home with my husband to care for (and my husband is home alone) and because I didn't really know what to expect down here or even really how long I'm going to be here (800 miles from home) I was experiencing neck, shoulder and back pain. Chatgpt reminded me of all the things; breathing, tapping, holding and releasing... My shoulder, back & neck pain are released - the tools we've learned really do work. I don't know why I'm always amazed - I know it's just energy - and I don't know why I forget these tools when I need them the most. Does this ever happen to you? When you need it most you forget? 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Next week - December 12th we are starting Podcast Launch Magic Advent Event - There is still time to upgrade and join us. You can do that here Not only will we go from idea to launch ready in 12 days to create a sustainable and monetized podcast you will also get access to the Substack Alchemy Intensive - where you can watch as I walk a cohort through setting up their Substack account step-by-step 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕 Please share your links here - let's support each other - restack, reshare, comment and link. As the old sharing goes - sharing is caring - it really does make a difference.

@Jill Hart I forget sometimes too. There was this couple of days a few months ago that I had this ache in my left arm . And I kept thinking I was gonna get over to the acupuncturist or chiropractic, but that didn’t happen. So finally what I started doing is some yoga on the beach barefooted and I did that several times just soaking in the energy from the Earth. And then I could feel the ache shifting down the arm over the course of the days, and then it became pinpointed around my wrist area And finger and then it just left. It was so cool.
