Your fave alignment 'tools'??
What is your favourite / fastest / most creative tool or technique for becoming more aligned? I have plenty, but frequency is my fave so far because it's fast and creates the energetic shift in a powerful and pure way! I'm curious what is working for you in these energies!

@Christine Vabre yes this makes sense to me… colour and creativity bring a natural magic!

Happy New Year!!✨ How are you really feeling today?? Aligned?? A new year is always loaded with expectations, dreams, pressure, hope, and fear. It's kind of overwhelming. But this year feels different to me. I have been completing challenges, in the last month, that didn’t just help me focus, they cleared the clutter from my mind. I realized I wasn’t unfocused, just really overloaded. Collecting ideas, saving prompts, stockpiling “someday” information. My mind was busy, busy, busy. Last night, I had over 1,500 mobile notes. This morning, 139. No rereading. No second-guessing. Delete, delete, delete. This morning, I boxed up clothes I’ve been holding onto and took them to the shelter. I trimmed down the Skool communities I belong to. And now I am working on closing the many, many, many browser tabs that have my computer breathing like it’s running a marathon. This isn’t about decluttering for the sake of it. It is about making space for my coming abundance. I hope you are also taking steps to set yourself up for success this year. Share your tips and tricks with me!! 2026 = Bliss. 🌱

@TethRosZenia T ah i know i can’t rely on my memory- it’s been unreliable since burnout had its way with it… that said i do notice that some ideas just keep on coming back, and it’s like they are new again as I’ve forgotten the first three iterations 😂

New Summit: March 30, 31 & April 1 2026
The 🌸 Built to Be Seen Summit is a spring activation for midlife women Skool hosts who are ready to step into visibility with intention — and build businesses designed to be seen, shared, and scaled. You already have experience. You already have the insight. Now it’s time to simplify, position yourself clearly, and grow with focus. Inside this summit and community, visibility is strategic — not performative. We focus on productizing your expertise, building traffic and community, using AI as leverage, and monetizing Skool communities without adding complexity or burnout. Interested in being Speaker? Get to Level 5 - applications will be posted next week! Check out our NEW About Page & Graphics!!

Being seen was one of my biggest fears until I was 40-ish. The weird thing was, I was always seen, I just didn't want to be haha. It's such an interesting journey to untangle it all and realise the beautiful gifts being seen can offer.
Why Communities Will Beat Social Media by 2026 (And Why This One Already Works)
I want to share something I’ve been noticing and honestly, it’s been a big confirmation for me. I can post valuable content on social media and it barely moves unless I turn it into an ad. But when I share the exact same ideas in here or I other Skool communities the engagement, conversations, and follow-through are on a completely different level. And it’s not an accident. Communities work because everyone here chose to be here. No algorithms. No fighting for attention. No noise. Inside a community: • People read instead of scroll • Questions get asked (and answered) • Connections actually form • Trust builds faster • Action happens This is why I truly believe communities will outperform social media accounts moving into 2026 and beyond. Social is great for visibility. But community is where momentum, clarity, and real growth happen. For me, this isn’t theory it’s already working. Less effort. More engagement. Better conversations. Stronger results. If you’re here, you’re exactly where you need to be. Curious to hear from you 👇 👉 What made you join this community?? Here’s the proof👇

Yes I absolutely agree with this - one of my key predictions for 2026 & beyond. It's all about energy and the vibe on Skool is so much more enjoyable than clunky algorithms on other platforms.
If you could 🔦 spotlight one thing to support a mid-life woman biz owner...
what would it be? Not a pitch. Not a link. Not a “do this or else” post. Just genuine support—from your lived experience. It could be: - a helpful hint you wish you’d known sooner - a simple business practice that made things easier - a mindset or mindfulness shift that helped you stay grounded - a nutrition or health habit that supports your energy - a tool or routine that reduced overwhelm - or something that helped you feel more like yourself again while building a business ✨ Especially inviting our Level 1 members to jump in here.If you’ve been quietly reading, this is a beautiful place to show up—no pressure to be polished or profound. Think of this as: “If I could put my hand on another woman’s shoulder and say this helped me, it would be…” Drop one thing below. No explanations required (unless you want to).Just real support, from one woman to another. I'll go first and drop mine in the comments.

I had no idea about the brain fog & perimenopause connection... I had very few other symptoms so did not connect the dots. Now that I know, I have frequency support for the brain fog moments and other midlife 'symptoms' and it makes such a difference! No need to suffer...
