You’re not lost. You’re between versions.
That strange in-between feeling — not miserable, not satisfied — can mess with your head. It makes you question yourself. Your choices. Your direction. But growth doesn’t always arrive with fireworks. Sometimes it arrives as quiet dissatisfaction. A gentle nudge. A low-grade restlessness. A sense that something is… complete. That’s not failure. That’s transition. Transitions are sacred. Read that again … Transitions are sacred. 💬 Does it feel like you’re closing a chapter… even if you don’t know what’s next yet?

@Marcus Beaty so glad it resonated. Looking forward to connecting with you as well.
When self-care feels like a test you keep failing, it’s time to change the rules.
There was a time when self-care felt oddly stressful. Like if I didn’t do it consistently … Correctly … Or see results fast enough … I was somehow doing that wrong too. Instead of feeling supported, I felt watched by my own expectations. What helped wasn’t more discipline — it was permission. Permission to adjust my self-care based on how I actually felt, not how I thought I should feel. Some days that looked like rest. Some days movement. Some days I choose nothing on purpose. Care doesn’t work when it’s performative. It works when it’s honest. 💛 When did self-care start feeling like pressure for you?

@Bob Marley Having a daily routine is a great start!! I love that you are winging it. That is a great way to see and explore what works for you and what doesn't. What have you tried so far?
✨ The hardest part of self-care isn’t doing it—it’s trusting it.
Most people don’t struggle with knowing what they need. They struggle with believing they’re allowed to honor it. So rest turns into guilt. Boundaries turn into over-explaining and intuition gets drowned out by “shoulds.” Real self-care begins when you stop outsourcing your needs. Not louder. Not harder.Just more honest. ✨ What’s one need you already know you have—but keep second-guessing?

@Joi Rychelle so true! Also, if it’s not in your routine it’s easy to forget about it or push it off. 💖

@Gilbert Louis I can totally relate. There always seems something more "important" to do than rest. We have to make rest a priority too, we do have to fill our own cup first. 💖
Not everything worth celebrating is loud.
Let’s normalize a different kind of win. A win can look like: • Saying no and not explaining yourself • Holding a boundary without spiraling afterward • Choosing peace over being “right” No announcement. No applause. Just self-respect quietly taking root. Those moments change your nervous system — and your future. 💛 What boundary have you held recently that you’re secretly proud of?

@Dais Lussier YES!! I love this. I've known people I am close to that are obsessed with being right. I am so grateful for the lesson in being shown this regularly. It helps me to see that connection is more important than being right.
🌙 Sometimes ‘Feeling Off’ Is Actually a Signal.
I used to treat feeling off like a problem to solve. Why can’t I focus? Why am I so tired? Why don’t I feel like myself? Eventually I realized — those feelings weren’t failures. They were signals. Signals that I’d been pushing past my own limits. That I wasn’t checking in with myself. That something needed my attention, not my resistance. Coming back to myself wasn’t fast or flashy. It was slow. Intentional. Kind. If you’ve been feeling off lately, maybe nothing is wrong — maybe something is trying to be heard. 💛 Have you ever experienced this?
