Supplements
Do you like or dislike taking supplements? Which supplements are you on? Do you recommend them?

I don’t like taking store bought supplements whether it’s in powder, pills or gummies, especially gummies. I find that my body does not react well to it whatever brand I use I always end up with very upset stomach and tiredness. I used to be on the prenatal Needed in the very beginning of my first trimester. Had all the usually symptoms like tiredness, nausea all day.. but as soon as I stopped taking it and decided to just go fully on sea moss gel only, all of that stopped. Been almost symptom free my whole pregnancy. Only have back pain, and swollen feet now. And my mood is normal, I don’t take naps as my energy is high which was very low when I was taking Needed prenatals. But after that’s just an observation I made.
