Is it okay to get Ai to put your posters in the mockups that the Ai has created themselves and skip the canva part or is it better to go through canva with the Ai mockups?

Replace an image on PS
Is there a way to replace an file on PS or should I deactivate the listing and upload a new one following the normal process. Just checking through my listings and one could be slightly improved.

First order
Just got my first order on Etsy, feel a bit stunned actually as I only uploaded it last night. So shell shocked. I wasn't able to find a video on what to do with the order, to get it to printshrimp,, can someone direct me or let me know what I need to do please.

@Mihai Volintiriu That is a very useful document, thank you. Wish I had read it before I had processed the order to PS. Yes it was a bit of a panic move but never mind you live and learn, just hope customer doesn't change their mind 😉 Another booboo I made, I hadn't filled out my message template, so I don't even know if he received a confirmation of his order msg.

Borders or no borders, that i the question ...
Hi Everyone, my Etsy store is still in its infancy. I have managed to upload three posters from my photographs. Can you lovely people tell me which format to upload - posters with borders or no borders (i.e bleed through) . Many thanks in advance, T x

I suppose, if it is an image or pattern that doesn't matter if you lose a little around the edges if customer wants to frame it, but if you want to keep the whole image visible then add the border.

Off to a Good Start,
I am very happy with my progress so far. After around four / five weeks I have just recieved my third order today. Still have lots to learn and already have more ideas for future projects, but happy to work on improving the shop I have already. So, now for a question, is there a way to add a video / photo to every listing in bulk, or do I need to go through them all individually? Thanks in advance. Jim McManus

@Suzie Pearson that is what I did. Created a short video in Canva and added it as part of my upload.
