Can't do the shots--AWFUL. But I do the ACV pills before instead!
Wins!
I would love to hear some wins from everyone as they progress through their health journey! Also, if anyone is willing to make a short testimonial video we would appreciate it as we try to help more women transform their health!

Well, right now I'm losing since I've fallen off the wagon a bit with a bunch of unexpected things popping up and an illness. If only I could master how to stay the course when it all hits the fan. (sigh) I'm buckling back up this week though! And I'm always happy to give a testimonial--especially after our work last year. You're the best! LMK the specs you need!

@Karissa Cutler The biggest struggle is when adjusting to different schedules/or a routine gets disrupted, how to not let that get the best of me. Like when you find yourself in a situation where you CANT make the meal and the meal prep didn't get done for you to bring your meal with you, or you just want to be a normal human and go out with friends or co-workers and not have to research every minute detail about a place's menu. Sometimes all those triggers and cravings come back SO fast--even after one meal of being off plan. It's hard to not catastrophize (sp?) "messing up" a meal or two when it lights up all those trigger points in the brain. I'll certainly put together something in video for you!
Back at it
Hey ladies! I was out last week with family in town and some trips, but I am back. Be on the lookout for long term success and maintenance videos this week. Does anyone have any questions or need help?

I've been on the struggle bus with the mental health of it all. Feeling frustrated/negative self talk around not always doing the things I know I "should" be doing. blah. Maybe some ways of reframing falling in and out of the lifestyle with life's ebbs and flows. Ways of resetting mindset? And I've had massive success. I have been at this for a while now. I've had so much help. But it still is a struggle during different periods of time. Not sure what the contributing factors all are. It's just seems so easy to derail myself then I beat myself up for getting derailed. Then I go through feeling hopeless about it because I "ruined it".
ClearVite
Hello! I started the liver detox today and it was my first day on the clearvite- is it normal for my blood sugar to be higher today?

Hey there! Yeah, when I first started clearvite, I took it as a "shot" and it would always spike me. Karissa told me to combine it with some other food and now It does well for me and won't spike me when I put it in my breakfast protein shake (Truvani chocolate, clearvite chocolate, collagen, fiber, MCT oil). So make sure you have some good fats and protein with it to help ease it into your digestive system. :-)

@Ashley Fish I'm still going to say it's possibly normal. It took a while for my body to adjust to it and not be "whoa!" when I had it. I had a lot of liver repair to do--and liver maintenance is my biggest sticky point that I have to be on top of so I have it almost every day. Hopefully Karissa will chime in but this doesn't sound weird to me based on my experiences last year when I first started it.
Fasting Q
So I'm not in menopause but thanks to the hysterectomy I don't know how to tell where I am with my cycle. I occasionally have signs that I'm cycling but they're very subtle and I'm not certain which stage they're signaling. Any tips for me on figuring this out? or would fasting probably not be right for me?

occasional discharge. Maybe a little more moodiness but nothing like before.
