Guest conversion and extension
A guest who initially booked through Airbnb for 2 weeks has just extended their stay directly until the end of June! This will generate £1.5k profit a month once my application for business rates is approved 🙌🏼

My First Property Now Live!
I can’t believe that a few weeks ago I’d never even heard of rent to rent and now my first property is live! 4 bookings within 6 days of going live!!
Launched a one bedroom property on 22nd August, and it’s already booked until 20th September 🙌🏼 these 4 bookings have profited after 6 days woohoo!! This is my 6th R2R and it’s still as exciting as the 1st one!

A little help please …
Yesterday we joined the academy, we are currently working through the initial videos of setting the business up and wondered if it’s important to have an email address with a domain name or if an outlook email will do? We aren’t looking to set up a website just yet but want to look professional. Any help will be much appreciated!

Hey, it’s not necessarily required to have a company email but if you’re scaling and want to look professional to landlords then I’d say get one. I mentioned on another post that rapid formations provided mine via IONIS I think it’s £1.20 a month for one email. You may be able to just set up via IONIS directly I’m not sure. Hope this helps
