I love the Bible App. I have a group of friends that I do devotionals. Except for two people, I have never met them in person but over the years, the group has gotten closer. I consider them my friends.

Overcoming Doubt: Choosing Faith in Uncertain Moments
Doubt is something we all experience. It often shows up when prayers feel unanswered, plans fall apart, or the future looks unclear. Having doubt doesn’t make you weak—it makes you human. What matters most is what we choose to do when doubt appears. Doubt can either pull us away from God or push us closer to Him. When we bring our questions, fears, and uncertainties to God honestly, He meets us with patience and grace. Faith doesn’t mean having all the answers; it means trusting God even when the answers don’t come right away. One powerful way to overcome doubt is to remember what God has already done. Look back at moments when He provided, protected, or guided you through difficult seasons. Let those reminders strengthen your confidence that He is still at work today. Another key is surrounding yourself with the right community. Encouragement, prayer, and shared testimonies can help steady your heart when doubt tries to take over. We are not meant to walk through uncertainty alone. If you’re struggling with doubt right now, know this: God is not disappointed in you. He invites you to keep seeking, keep believing, and keep trusting. Step by step, faith grows stronger—even in the presence of doubt. “Immediately the father of the child cried out and said, ‘I believe; help my unbelief!’” — Mark 9:24 Let this be a reminder today: doubt does not disqualify you. It can be the very place where your faith begins to grow.

So true Lori. God already has our book written. He knows every step you take and everything is planned. The challenge becomes in the waiting. Psalm 46:10: Be still and know I am God. Remember God promises to never leave us or forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:8). I understand waiting. To us it seems so long but not to God. He loves us so much and He wants the best for us. God chose us. He has given us free will. In Revelations it talks about Jesus knocking at the door. We just have to open the door and He will eat with us. (Revelation 3:20). Continue to open the door and continue to pray. He hears you and loves you unconditionally. Your are fearfully wonderful made. You got this. I’ll be praying 🙏
Trusting God With Delayed Answers
Sometimes we pray, wait, and wonder why the answer hasn’t come yet. Delays can feel discouraging, but they don’t mean denial. God’s timing is always purposeful—even when it’s hard to understand. In the waiting, He’s often doing deeper work: shaping our character, strengthening our faith, and aligning things we cannot yet see. What feels like a pause may actually be preparation. If you’re in a season of waiting right now, take heart. Keep trusting. Keep praying. God is faithful, and His answers—though delayed—are always right on time. 🙏✨ “Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.” — Psalm 27:14

@Natalie Lundschen So true. I love Psalm 46:10-Be still and know I’m God. It serves as a reminder to be patient.
