I’ve been wanting to paint this gorgeous scene since my husband and I kayaked this beautiful river, August 30th of this year. This wasn’t our first time here, but since I restarted with painting again, this summer -- after a 42-year break -- I was especially “trigger happy” (📸 😆). I finally set aside time to get it down in paint, today! I’m including my reference photo on the right.
