Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized the "two brains fighting each other" feeling I could never explain isn't a willpower problem. The wall between wanting to do something and actually starting is a wiring thing, not a me thing. Also realized the advice I'd give my younger self is the advice I still need today.
