You Cannot Grow Past What You
Refuse to Confront Growth requires more than recognizing what is possible. It also requires the courage to confront what is preventing that possibility from becoming reality. Some patterns remain in your life not because they are too powerful to change, but because they have gone unchallenged for too long. Avoidance can feel comfortable in the moment, but it quietly gives unhealthy habits, unresolved issues, and repeated excuses permission to remain. You cannot correct what you continually refuse to examine. Honest confrontation is not condemnation. It is an invitation to clarity, and clarity gives you the opportunity to choose a different direction. “Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the Lord.” – Lamentations 3:40 The moment you identify what has been limiting your progress, you regain the ability to respond intentionally. Growth becomes difficult when energy is spent protecting what should be corrected. Whether the issue is inconsistency, fear, poor boundaries, delayed decisions, or a habit that weakens your discipline, naming it clearly removes its ability to operate unnoticed. God can give you wisdom for what you are willing to face. Confrontation does not mean solving everything at once. It means refusing to keep pretending that what needs attention does not exist. What you address with honesty can become the place where your next level of maturity begins. Thank you from my Mentor
