DAY 1- February Challenge 💕

DAY 1- February Challenge 💕

All day today I was taking the long way around the school wherever I had to go. I even added a few extra laps before getting to my destination when I wasn’t on a time crunch. Also rode for 20 min and did a 20 min strength class. Dinner was a sweet potato taco bowl with ground turkey, black beans, peppers, and onions. I had protein yogurt and strawberries as a snack. Water was around 80oz. Not quite 100, but that’s a lot for me!

LAST DAY- January Challenge ❄️
You did it! TWO full weeks of awesomeness! My hope is that you continue to implement these little habits into your day. I gathered some ideas of different posts and am so excited at the closeness and community we’ve built in here. Congratulations to @Ashley Rhodes ! We'll chat about your prize! Ladies, the points were TIGHT and also took me forever to tally since you guys did so amazing! I'm so proud of you all and I truly hope you feel proud of yourselves. Making changes is one thing, but sticking to them is an entirely different ball game. We'll keep this group nice and active and we'll be soon enough be strong and ready for February's challenge! Lots of ideas for content! When I had spoken to some of you about the challenge, something that was said by each person was how great the accountability part is. Although the challenge is over, we'd love to find other ways of communication to keep the accountability alive. Here are a few options/ideas: a text thread (if you're comfortable sharing numbers) or a whatsapp thread (this may be good for notifications too...in case you want to minimize them compared to text messages). Comment below if you'd like to be added to an accountability thread and what your biggest takeaway was from this challenge!

Congratulations, @Ashley Rhodes!!! Everyone did amazing! I’d def be part of some type of thread! My biggest takeaway was that it’s okay to have days when you don’t meet your intended goals. Life gets in the way, especially a moms. We can’t let those days hold us back. I also loved learning things everyone!
