Hey to everyone - so glad I stumbled upon this community. Over the past years, I have been slowly creating my online business around astrology and helping people to connect to who they are by remembering, that everything is already within. It has been a wild journey and as much as I loved everything about it, I was very much in the hustler mode. Things started flowing, but I realized that a lot of my actions were coming from an unregulated nervous system - from shame, fear, guilt and the pressure to perform and succeed. Over the past couple of months, I realized I can't continue like that and I started really slowing down.
