Friday: Progress, Not Perfection
Waiting for the perfect moment or perfect conditions will only hold you back. Progress, no matter how small, is always better than standing still. Imperfect action is still action. 💡 Takeaway: Stop waiting. Start today. What’s one thing you can do right now? "Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence." – Vince Lombardi

Excellent post! I recently learned this phrase: done is better than perfect.
Wednesday: Small Steps, Big Results
Transformation doesn’t happen overnight, but every small, intentional step you take adds up. Whether it’s making a healthier food choice, moving a little more, or shifting your mindset, consistency is the key to lasting change. 💡 Takeaway: Choose one small action today that will move you closer to your goals. "Great things are done by a series of small things brought together." – Vincent Van Gogh

For me, it’s DEFINITELY mindset. Yesterday was a fabulous day with every human encounter I had. That is rare!
Saturday: Small Wins = Big Strength
🏆 "Success isn’t about avoiding struggle—it’s about overcoming it, one step at a time." Celebrate every win, no matter how small. Did you move more today? Did you choose nourishing food? Did you rest when needed? That’s strength in action. 🔥 What’s a small win you’re celebrating today? Let’s cheer each other on! #CelebrateProgress #SmallWinsBigResults #WellnessWins #StrengthEveryDay

A neighbor knows I’m without a vehicle. He was kind enough to offer a ride to my normal Saturday morning spot, but I planned on going elsewhere at a later time. He offered me a ride there. I graciously accepted. I didn’t ask for a ride back, not wanting to put him out of his way, and already grateful for the favor to get me there. But he appeared when I was done with my visit, on his own accord. Definitely feel like paying it forward, so I’m on the lookout for someone else in need…

@Tom Jalinski Yes! The challenge is also being treated with disrespect when someone may have had a bad day or dealing with others and taking it out on me. If I treat that person with equal disrespect, that also has a ripple effect. Treating everyone with kindness may not feel right, though it is the right thing to do.

I miss having feline companionship. Almost every night I accompany neighbors on their sunset walk where we take beautiful photos of the setting sun. And since their dogs join us, I get the joy of their companionship as well. 🐾 ❤️ 🐾
