Apologies - May be completely off-topic
I have become quite fed up with QBOA. Wish the old Desktop were still around. That being said, anyone else been been frustrated? Any other accounting software you recommend? The AI built into QBOA is making more problems with incorrect COA entries.

I agree, QBO's AI doesn't improve the bank transaction suggestions. We ignore them. We use the rules in QBO for many bank transactions, but I remind my team to check these as well. We us AI (Claude & ChatGPT) every day, but NOT QBO.
