The Power May Lie Within — Mind-Body Healing
Bernardo Henriques shared a thought-provoking idea after diving into Joe’s content: what if the cure for cancer lies within us? He reflected on documented cases where Stage 4 cancer patients achieved healing without major changes in diet, medication, or therapy — hinting that the mind-body connection may be a vastly underestimated force in cancer care. This sparked a powerful discussion about prayer, meditation, breathwork, and the body’s own healing potential. Members shared spiritual perspectives, practical tools like the Wim Hof Method, and deep insights into how thoughts, beliefs, and emotions shape biology. ✅ Key Protocol Components Shared - Bernardo shared his belief that the body can produce compounds to fight cancer cells when the right inner state is cultivated. - Suggested starting meditation and breathing practice at 20 minutes/day, increasing gradually. - Recommended Wim Hof breathing as a starting point (shared YouTube guide). ✅ Scientific & Philosophical Insights - Jeff Boldrick linked this to the placebo effect, noting the “biggest hurdle is not letting fear take over your life.” - Scott Millsap connected the idea to healing miracles and prayer, suggesting peace of mind may create the right internal state for healing. - Svetlana Soboleva and Hengameh Bolouri emphasized the spiritual dimension, describing God, light, and the universe as part of this healing process. - Hengameh reframed “mind AND body” into “mind-body” — inseparable systems — and shared her five pillars: sleep, hydration, breath, movement, food. ✅ Practical Wisdom from Community - David Fajardo shared that “talking to his body” helped him in the early months of diagnosis — and he plans to restart the practice. - Odette Rocha reminded the group she had previously shared Joe’s book, reinforcing the resource for newcomers. - Boris Tahmasian admitted he hears about “healing from within” constantly but asked, “How?” prompting Bernardo to offer step-by-step suggestions. - Bernardo and Nicola discussed the Wim Hof Method (WHM), with Nicola already combining it with ice baths.

This guy speaks like a bit of a wanker but his guided meditations have changed my life - instead of waiting to reach NED status and get my nutrition accreditation, I smashed out my book in less than two weeks. I also met people thanks to elevating my frequencies to gratitude, self-forgiveness and abundance and the universe is aligning me with people who want to help me succeed. It’s not miracle work and it takes a long time, but please everyone have a go - I don’t even need him anymore. I put on free meditation music and I talk to myself and the quantum field with respect, unconditional positive regard and confidence I’m on the right path. Love you all! 🥰
Lemon's Stage 4 RCC Scan Results — Stability & Subtleties
Lemon P shared detailed results from their April 2025 CT and MRI scans for stage 4 RCC (renal cell carcinoma), covering renal, liver, thyroid, and brain regions. The scans showed no new sites of disease — the right renal tumor, liver lesion, and thyroid nodularity remained unchanged since Dec 2024. While the results were largely positive, Lemon’s candid reflections on findings like mild coronary calcification and small vessel disease opened a nuanced discussion on how to interpret “stable” scans, address overlooked findings, and stay proactive in refining protocols. ✅ Key Protocol Components Shared - Lemon revealed she doesn’t follow a single “formal” protocol but rather a layered, flexible approach: - She is considering additional layers like CDS and continues with metabolic therapy foundations, while also navigating fatigue and brain fog. ✅ Scientific & Philosophical Insights - Stuart Briscoe framed the scan as encouraging — proof that her current efforts are holding disease progression in check. - Lemon underscored that “stable” is a very good outcome, even if it doesn’t feel like a victory: “The most important thing with cancer is to deter it from further growth & expansion.” - Schayene Silva raised the possibility of mold exposure contributing to calcification and kidney cancer, sparking discussion about environmental factors and detox priorities. - The thread highlighted the reality that different radiologists note different details, and small findings (e.g., calcification, spinal degeneration) can shift the conversation on health priorities. ✅ Practical Wisdom from Community - Kimberly Smith, Odette Rocha, Mark Ma, Nicola Chapman and others congratulated Lemon, reinforcing the importance of acknowledging “stable” as success. - Schayene Silva emphasized the need to test for mycotoxins if mold is suspected, while Lemon weighed the cost and practicality of such tests. - Fitch T asked Lemon which five protocols she found most impactful — leading to a valuable list of what she prioritizes most. - Lemon and Nicola discussed HBOT safety, with Lemon stressing that anyone with respiratory conditions must disclose them to providers.

I needed this! I was so disappointed that I didn’t reach NED status this time around, but small partial remissions and stability is still a win. Persistence over perfect indeed - go lemon! 🍋 💪
Another Remission Story from Dr. Makis — Stage 4 Melanoma Survivor
Stuart Briscoe shared a powerful case from Dr. William Makis, describing a Canadian patient with Stage 4 melanoma and extensive liver metastases who was told he had just 2–3 days to live. The patient’s liver was “completely taken over” with cystic and solid lesions, yet he began a regimen of ivermectin, fenbendazole, and mebendazole — and within two months, most metastases had shrunk or disappeared. The post sparked a multi-layered discussion — from dosing details and brand preferences to broader conversations about the clash between “evidence-based medicine” and the lived experiences of patients seeking alternative protocols. ✅ Key Protocol Components Shared - Makis Clinic Protocol (used in the case): - Stuart explained he splits his doses into smaller amounts across the day to maintain peak serum levels for longer. - Discussion about titrating doses — starting higher (some patients reportedly used up to 2.5mg/kg ivermectin) until scans showed regression, then tapering. - Mention of mixing fenbendazole with fats (yogurt, olive oil, butter) to boost absorption. - Brand considerations: Stuart likes US-manufactured tablets but rotates between FenBenLab, Wormentel, and Indian sources, echoing Dr. Makis’ recommendation to mix brands. ✅ Scientific & Philosophical Insights - Stuart framed the case as proof against the claim that fenbendazole damages the liver — pointing out that it was used successfully in a patient with liver failure. - John Brebeuf Garcia voiced frustration with medical professionals at MD Anderson who dismiss ivermectin, fenbendazole, and mebendazole as “not evidence-based,” noting how these attitudes can drain hope and energy from patients exploring alternatives. - This led to a deeper philosophical exchange: - The discussion even touched on faith and humility — “no atheists in a foxhole” — with several members noting how life-threatening illness often deepens spiritual reflection. ✅ Practical Wisdom from Community - Absorption & dosing tips: Splitting doses, taking fenbendazole with fats, and rotating brands to avoid reliance on one supplier. - Quality checks: Members suggested reading Amazon reviews and mixing manufacturers based on Dr. Makis’ clinical guidance.
